Spectra Health is pleased to offer Certified Application Counselors (CAC) to help you understand, apply for, and enroll in health coverage through the Marketplace and Medicaid.
Health Insurance
Our Coverage and Services Coordinators will guide you through the process of obtaining health insurance. These services are at no cost and available to North Dakota residents. You do not need to be a patient of Spectra Health to talk with a Coverage and Services Coordinator.

Prepare to APPLY:
Bring the following information with to your appointment:
- Social Security Numbers and/or Immigration documents for all household members
- Birthdate for all household members
- Proof of income for all household members
- Current health insurance policy numbers (if applicable)

The SpectraPlan
Spectra offers discounts for health services for income-eligible individuals.
The SpectraPlan is a discount program based on your income and family size and is available to those with and without health insurance. Anything you owe (your patient responsibility) can be placed on the sliding fee discount. The SpectraPlan (sliding fee scale discount) only applies to care received or services provided at Spectra Health. A nominal fee is due at each visit regardless of your discount.
Nominal Fees:
Dental Appointment = $30
Medical Appointment = $20
Traditional Behavioral Health Visit = $3
